Prescription Return/Refund Policy
- Final Sales: Once your prescription medication has been shipped, the sale is final. Due to legal regulations, we’re unable to offer refunds or accept returns for prescription medications.
- Our Commitment to You: While we can’t accept returns, we’re here to help if you have any concerns about your medication. Please contact us at support@abridgerx.com, and we’ll work with your healthcare provider and pharmacy to address any issues.
Auto-Refill Shipping and Payment Policy
- Non-Refundable: Once your auto-refill prescription has been filled and shipped, we’re unable to offer a refund.
- Easy Adjustments: We understand plans can change! That’s why we send an email to the address on file 48 hours before processing your auto-refill. This gives you plenty of time to log in and adjust or cancel your order if needed.
- Need Help?: To cancel or modify an upcoming auto-refill, follow the instructions in the email or reach out to us at support@abridgerx.com within the 48-hour window.
Shipment Processing Time
- Processing Duration: We know you’re eager to start your treatment! Our team works diligently to process your order within 4-8 business days. Please note that orders aren’t shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Keeping You Informed: During busy periods, processing might take a little longer. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll let you know every step of the way.
International Shipping Policy
Domestic Only: We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping isn’t available at this time.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Your Responsibility: As the customer, you’re responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or tariffs that may be applied to your order.
Damages
- Our Support: Our Pharmacy partners take great care in packaging your medication, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away at support@abridgerx.com. We’ll guide you through the claims process with the shipping carrier and ensure you receive the care you need.
- Claim Process: If your order is damaged, please keep all packaging materials and damaged items as evidence when filing a claim with the carrier.

- Tracking Details: Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with tracking information so you can keep an eye on your package.
